HOW TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

We sell our soaps at Crafts Shows we attend throughout New England. 
Please stop by and say hello!!!  You can also order our soaps via e-mail.

Ordering
If you would like to place an order directly from us, please e-mail us at urbankitchen@comcast.net.


Payment
We accept payment in the form of money order, bank check or personal check.  We do not ship international orders.

Shipping
We ship USPS, most orders can be shipped in one flat-rate box.  We  have a flat shipping fee of $5.25 per order.  Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number.  Packages are NOT insured unless insurance is purchased. Payment received via money order or bank check are typically shipped within 24-48 hours.  We have a 5-7 business day hold on personal checks. 

Insurance
Insurance is optional, insurance can be added for an additional $1.50.  We package items carefully to ensure safe arrival.  If you are concerned about insuring your purchase during shipping, please purchase optional insurance.
 

Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We are committed to your privacy. We will never sell, trade or share your information with anyone. Your personal information will be used to process your order only.
